Skills in the pharmaceutical field are developed through sustained learning and practical exposure. At Buddha Institute of Pharmacy, we run the Pharmaceutical Skill Enhancement Programme (PSEP) for Diploma and B.Pharm students to help bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations. This programme aims to:

• Enhance the employability of students by developing technical and professional pharmacy skills.
• Prepare students for hospital, clinical, and industrial placements through hands-on and activity-based training.
• Develop critical “soft skills” such as communication, teamwork, ethics in practice, and patient interaction abilities.
• Equip students with regulatory knowledge and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Encourage problem-solving, research orientation, and adaptability in healthcare environments.
• Build a composite professional identity with the right attitude, patient empathy, and ethical responsibility.
• Foster confidence for competitive exams and interviews for higher education or industry roles.
