The Discipline and Anti-Ragging Cell is in the process of getting established as per the requirement of UGC regulations, which shall work as moral police of our college. The Cell's responsibility will be to ensure that students maintain discipline in the classrooms and the college campus. Members of the cell would regularly go on rounds to each and every classroom to make note of imperfect behavior and to make sure that the college campus is free from ragging and eve-teasing. The Cell would be empowered to take severe disciplinary action against such students indulging in such disturbing activities. For the purposes of students, suggestion boxes would be placed on different sections of the campus to make their complaints on ragging or grievances to express. They may also approach the members of the cell or any of their teachers as is comfortable to them.
Students should note that complaining is a matter of seriousness and therefore they are directed to be responsible while use of this power. Also for the students to feel assured that the college will treat the complaint with sensitivity and confidentiality when once the complaint is made.
